Museo del Barrio presents
SUMMER NIGHTS.
Every Thursday from June 30 – until September 1,
2005 from 6 to 9 PM, the museum brings together an
ensemble of groups and bands of different styles all
with deep roots in Latin rhythms. Visit the Museum
current exhibition and enjoy the performance of La
Banda Elástica, The Cuban Cowboys and Los Amigos
Invisibles, among others.

Buildings by Enrique Norten
From Jun 6 through October 30 in the Museum of the
City of New York one can enjoy the work of
internationally recognized architect Enrique Norten.
Norten has built extensively in Mexico and around
the world, but has now begun to put his distinctive
esthetic stamp on New York City bringing cutting-edge
Modernism to locations all over town, including the
Harlem Park mixed-use skyscraper, the Brooklyn
Public Library for the Performing and Visual Arts,
and Tribeca’s One York Street condominium.
