Chapters, one
of them the Northeast Chapter in New
York, with independent Boards and
Councils, to better respond to local
needs and to better share
information at the international
level. The chapters, with membership
throughout the United States and
Mexico, give the Chamber the
benefits of local Chambers of
Commerce. But by tying them all
together, members also enjoy the
benefits of a large, bi-national
